How we got here

Our founders managed operations for shift-heavy teams and watched the same thing happen everywhere: rosters written late at night, cover arranged by frantic phone calls, attendance reconstructed from memory at month end.

Today we are a small Pune team that owns that work for our clients. We stay deliberately small so the coordinator building your roster knows your team by name.
