How we got here

Our founders managed operations for shift-heavy sites and watched the same pattern everywhere: rosters written late at night, cover arranged by frantic phone calls, attendance reconstructed from memory at month end. The people on shift paid for it in cancelled plans and short pay.

Today we are a small Pune team that owns that work for our clients. We stay deliberately small, so the coordinator building your roster knows your sites and your regulars by name.
